Ingredients 6 grams (2-4 Servings) of Apple Pieces, Orange Peel, Lemon Grass, Hibiscus, Rosehips, Alfalfa, Orange Flavor, Cinnamon, Ginger, Red Rooibos, Cardamom, Cloves, & Nutmeg. Available in 10 & 20 cups. (10 Cups = 36 grams & 20 Cups = 72 grams)

Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

  1. Base Tea: Use black tea or a spiced herbal tea like rooibos.
  2. Apple Flavor: Add apple cider or juice for the apple essence.
  3. Spices: Infuse with cinnamon sticks, a pinch of nutmeg, ground cloves, or even cardamom.

Cardamom– Native to India, Asia, and China. This herb is an antibiotic and antifungal. Great for tonics. Historical uses include appetite loss, bronchitis, colds, colic, congestion, cough, headache, infection (bacterial, fungal, and viral), and fever. Do not use this herb if you are currently taking an antibiotic drug.
