Ingredients: Sample Bag 6 grams (2-4 Servings) of Red clover, lemon balm, catnip, oatstraw, skullcap, chamomile, calendula flowers, spearmint leaf, lavender flowers, lemon peel, and thyme. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 13 Grams and 20 Cups = 26 Grams).
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.
Taste: flowery, very minty
Medicinal Uses:
