Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Medicinal Uses:
Lemon Balm– This wild herb is fast growing and packs a sweet-smelling punch. It resembles peppermint to smell and is an antiviral and antibacterial.
