About This Tea
This is great to enjoy early in the morning.
Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) of Lemongrass, Lemon Peel, Lemon Verbena, & Ginger. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 27 Grams and 20 Cups = 54 Grams).Â
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.
Taste: earthy, tart
Medicinal Uses:
Ginger– Native to China and an antiseptic. Ginger increases blood flow and circulation, beneficial for colds, congestion, and chills, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, stimulates digestive enzymes, has an overall calming effect, and lowers blood pressure.
Lemon Grass– Insect repellent, aromatic, stimulant. Good for colds, colic, cramps, abscess, digestive complaints, bladder problems, insect bites or stings, kidney and liver problems, dizziness, and fever. May aid in reduced blood pressure and calm the nervous system.
