About This Tea

This is a minty tea made to celebrate the Christmas season.

Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) of Green Tea, Spearmint, Butterfly Pea Flower, Marshmallow Leaf, & Oatstraw. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 15 Grams and 20 Cups = 30 Grams). 

Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Taste: minty, strong

Medicinal Uses:

Green Tea– Native to China this tea is the strongest of the three. It is anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, and a simulant. Green tea protects cells from free radical damage, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, regulates blood sugar, prevents cardiovascular disease, is immune boosting, prevents tooth decay and gun disease, along with assist in wakefulness.

Butterfly Pea Flower– This flower is native to Asia and is made from a dried cobalt blue flower called Clitoria Ternatea. In India this plant is known as the holy plant. This flower is used for many exciting things and has herbal benefits. Not only is butterfly pea flower used as food coloring, for centuries this flower has been used as a natural beauty enhancer and wellness supporter. This flower promotes graceful aging which is why you will see this as an ingredient in skincare products. It has antioxidant support to benefit health functions. Supports glowing skin and lowers occasional stress. When steeped with other ingredients this flower creates a deep lavender to deep blue…even a baby pink as the PH levels changes. For vibrant purple add lemon or lime juice. Hibiscus or honey brings out the pink shades.

Marshmallow–Antiaging, anti-inflammatory, this herb is native to China and Europe. Protects the respiratory tract, soothes intestinal lining, treats colitis and diverticular disease, reduces internal and external swelling, assists in urinary tract troubles, strengthens kidneys, and lowers blood sugar.
