Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) of Anise Seed Powder, Nettle Leaf, & Fenugreek Seed. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 38 Grams and 20 Cups = 76 Grams).Â
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Nettle: Known for its stinging quality. It does, however, hold amazing medicinal properties. It is a circulatory stimulant, blood tonic, antiseptic, astringent, an antidepressant, and diuretic.
