Ingredients: 6 grams (2-4 Servings) of Peppermint, Lavender, Feverfew, Don Quai Root Powder, Ginger Root, Rosemary, & Ginseng Powder. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 22 Grams and 20 Cups = 44 Grams).Â
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Peppermint Leaf– Not only is peppermint delicious…it is also an antispasmodic, antiseptic, anesthetic, astringent, analgesic, and diaphoretic. Peppermint helps to relieve nausea and seasickness, Helps IBS symptoms, aids in hangovers, decreases flatulence, numbs abdominal pain, calms, restore, and lends clarity, relieves toothaches and headaches, clears throat and bronchial tubes and boosts energy
Feverfew–Native to Europe and Britain, this herb is a digestive stimulant, relaxes blood vessels and is an anti-inflammatory. It can help clear chest congestion, relieve bronchial spasms, prevent headaches and migraines when taking routinely, helps relieve arthritis and aids in expulsion of intestinal worms. (Caution: Talk to your doctor first if you are taking a blood-thinning medication.)
Ginseng Root– Native to China, Asia, and North America. This root is an antidepressant and helps with stress, organ strengthening, assists in as a treatment to Alzheimer’s disease, enhances immunity, prevents cellular aging, decreases fatigue, regulates blood sugar, fights exhaustion, anxiety, and depression, and helps immune system combat tumors.
Dong Quai Root– Anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, and antispasmodic. Used as a blood and digestive tonic, circulatory stimulant, hormone stabilizer, mild laxative, and expectorant. Native to China, this herb also aids in stomach cramps and bloating, treats headaches and migraines, fights off viruses, enhances memory, restorative for muscles, and improves menopause symptoms.
