About This Tea

This is made to relax and calm nerves and help with depression.

Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) of Calendula, Red & Pink Rose Petals, Lavender, Chamomile, Blue Lotus Flower, Butterfly Pea, Cornflower, Hibiscus Flower, & Green Tea. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 16 Grams and 20 Cups = 32 Grams). 

Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Medicinal Uses:

Rose– Often described as a very romantic flower, the rose is a great source of essential oils which may help reduce high cholesterol levels, as well as acting as a mild astringent and may help soothe inflamed or sore eyes. May also act as an anti-inflammatory and antidepressant.

Lavender Flower– This beautiful purple flower not only smells lovely, but it also holds many beneficial health benefits. It is an analgesic, relaxant, and nerve tonic. Lavender can be used to reduce tension headaches, calming, treating insomnia, and it relieves stress, anxiety, and depression. (Caution: Lavender is safe but if pregnant woman should avoid drinking tea with lavender in large quantities.)

Calendula– Also known as Marigold, this is one of the most commonly-used and influential ingredients in Western medicine. May act as an anti-inflammatory, muscle spasm relief, and is commonly used to heal both external and internal wounds and infections. (Caution: May cause allergic reactions in rare cases.)

Butterfly Pea Flower– This flower is native to Asia and is made from a dried cobalt blue flower called Clitoria Ternatea. In India this plant is known as the holy plant. This flower is used for many exciting things and has herbal benefits. Not only is butterfly pea flower used as food coloring, for centuries this flower has been used as a natural beauty enhancer and wellness supporter. This flower promotes graceful aging which is why you will see this as an ingredient in skincare products. It has antioxidant support to benefit health functions. Supports glowing skin and lowers occasional stress. When steeped with other ingredients this flower creates a deep lavender to deep blue…even a baby pink as the PH levels changes. For vibrant purple add lemon or lime juice. Hibiscus or honey brings out the pink shades.

Hibiscus– Native to Southeast Asia and North Africa, hibiscus is a soothing tea ingredient that may act as a mild sedative, help ease fevers, and help soothe sore or inflamed digestive and respiratory tracts.

Green Tea– Native to China this tea is the strongest of the three. It is anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, and a simulant. Green tea protects cells from free radical damage, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, regulates blood sugar, prevents cardiovascular disease, is immune boosting, prevents tooth decay and gun disease, along with assist in wakefulness.
