Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) Birch Leaf, Ginger Root, Chaga Mushroom, Licorice Root, Dandelion Root, Cinnamon Chips, & Root Beer Flavoring. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 29 Grams and 20 Cups = 58 Grams).Â
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.
Taste: sweet
Medicinal Uses:
Ginger– Native to China and an antiseptic. Ginger increases blood flow and circulation, beneficial for colds, congestion, and chills, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, stimulates digestive enzymes, has an overall calming effect, and lowers blood pressure.

(Caution: Do not use this herb if a rash develops, discontinue use. Some people are sensitive to the milky substance that lives in the flowers and stems.)
