About This Tea

This may help ease menstrual cramps and pains.

Ingredients: Sample Size 6 grams (2-4 servings) of Anise Seed Powder, Nettle, Dandelion Root, Dong Quai Powder, Yarrow, Cramp Bark, Ginseng Powder, Peppermint, & Chamomile. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 18 Grams and 20 Cups = 36 Grams). 

Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag or mesh strainer for 3-5 minutes.

Taste: minty

Medicinal Uses:

Yarrow– This herb is an anti-inflammatory, anticancer, diuretic, and diaphoretic. Native to Asia, Europe, and North America and used to relieve anxiety, reduce inflammation, kills infection, breaks fever, regulates menstrual cycles, kills parasites, repairs damaged tissues, and prevents hair loss and baldness. (Caution: This herb may stimulate uterine contractions, allergy symptoms (such as rash or itchy eyes) so be cautious when using and if you experience any of the mentioned symptoms, discontinue use.)

Nettle: Known for its stinging quality. It does, however, hold amazing medicinal properties. It is a circulatory stimulant, blood tonic, antiseptic, astringent, an antidepressant, and diuretic. It grows wild in hiking and camping areas so be careful encountering fresh nettle for it can leave a painful rash.

Dandelion– This weed holds the key to vitamins and minerals. The root is a diuretic, liver cleanser, and detoxifier. As where the leaves and root make an excellent digestive tonic and mild laxative. It is native to Europe and China. Helps aid water retention, treats hepatitis and jaundice, stabilizes mood swings, prostate cleaning, and helps dissolve urinary stones. (Caution: Do not use this herb if a rash develops, discontinue use. Some people are sensitive to the milky substance that lives in the flowers and stems.)

Ginseng Root– Native to China, Asia, and North America. This root is an antidepressant and helps with stress, organ strengthening, assists in as a treatment to Alzheimer’s disease, enhances immunity, prevents cellular aging, decreases fatigue, regulates blood sugar, fights exhaustion, anxiety, and depression, and helps immune system combat tumors.

Peppermint Leaf– Not only is peppermint delicious…it is also an antispasmodic, antiseptic, anesthetic, astringent, analgesic, and diaphoretic. Peppermint helps to relieve nausea and seasickness, Helps IBS symptoms, aids in hangovers, decreases flatulence, numbs abdominal pain, calms, restore, and lends clarity, relieves toothaches and headaches, clears throat and bronchial tubes and boosts energy.
