About This Tea
This is made as a tasty substitute to sweet fruit and berry juice.
Ingredients: Sample 6 grams (2-4 Servings) of Rose Hips, Elderberry, Hibiscus Petals, and Fruit Flavor. Available in 10 & 20 Cups (10 Cups = 44 Grams and 20 Cups = 88 Grams).Â
Instructions: In a poured 8 oz cup of boiled water, steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in a tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
Taste: fruity, tart
Medicinal Uses:
Elder Berries – Reduces fever and inflammation. Great for colds, flu, coughs, and general congestion. Helps with seasonal allergies and hay fever. (Caution: Do not consume uncooked elder berries: they may cause digestive upset.)
