- Pour in enough water to just cover the ingredients.
- Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer on low heat until fully cooked.

How to Make Stinging Nettle Dish
- Pour 7 cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the cleaned and washed nettles to the boiling water and cook for 30–35 minutes.
- Once the nettles are cooked, add all the remaining ingredients one by one — except the cornmeal, which should be added last.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender (or regular blender).
- Continue cooking for another 10 minutes after blending, then remove from heat.

- In a glass bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, flour, black pepper, and salt. Add the meat broth and whisk again. Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the pot.
- Cook until the asparagus and onions are fully softened.
- Drizzle with a little oil before serving.
