How to Make Dandelion Greens Stew

  1. Cut off the tops of the dandelion greens, chop them into bite-sized pieces, and wash thoroughly.

  3. In another pot, sauté the chopped green peppers and chopped onion in half a tea glass of vegetable oil.

  7. Pour in enough water to just cover the ingredients.

  5. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes after blending, then remove from heat.

  3. In a glass bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, flour, black pepper, and salt. Add the meat broth and whisk again. Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the pot.
  4. Cook until the asparagus and onions are fully softened.
  5. Drizzle with a little oil before serving.
